High shear mixing HS
Two high shear NovAseptic mixer models are available for applications with insoluble media such as emulsions, for dissolving substances or for solids that need to be wetted or crushed.
The HS mixer for volumes up to 1500 liters (shear rates from 20 000 s-1) is installed in a vessel.
The HIS mixer is an inline version of the HS mixer, designed for inline addition of powders, mixing or particle size reduction. The unit generates shear rates from 20 000 s-1and can transfer product between two vessels.
