Mixing Upstream USM
For upstream applications, the USM mixer is a perfect option. The USM mixer generates medium-high shear forces and transfers much more energy into the vessel than the GMP mixer. It is ideal for powders that are difficult to dissolve in liquids.

Mixing head: 1.4435 (316L)
Female bearing: Ceramic SiC (SsiC), exchangeable
Surface
Electropolished, Ra < 0.5µm
Operating temperature
5 to 135 °C (41 to 275 °F)
Labeling
Each Mixing Head is individually labeled for full traceability according to our procedures
Options
Special material like Hastelloy, C22, 1.4539 ect and custom made solutions available upon request
